Our Management Team

Gökay Burak Akkuş graduated from the Department of Computer Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of Ege University and completed his master's degree in the same department at Boğaziçi University.

Then Akkuş started his doctoral program in Computer Engineering at Boğaziçi University and completed his education in this field at Trakya University. Akkuş started his professional career as a Software Developer at Fintek A.Ş. in November 2002 and continued to work as a Project Manager at Intertech A.Ş. between 2004 and 2011. Between 2011 and 2015, he worked as a Coordination Manager at the same company, followed by his position as the Vice President in Charge of Information Technologies at Aras Kargo between 2015 and 2016. Between 2016 and 2017, he was appointed as the Head of System Development at Burganbank. Having worked as the Head of System Development, he continued his working life as Technology Director and General Manager in the logistics sector. In June 2021, he joined the team of Aras Kargo and was later on appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Information Technologies. As of October 2022, he has been working as the General Manager of Aras Digital, which is a subsidiary of Aras Kargo.
