After graduating from the Psychology department of Middle East Technical University, she completed her master's degree in Human Resources Management and Development at Marmara University and her post-graduate in International Human Resources Management and Development at the University of Manchester, respectively.

Selda Özacar, who has worked in many local and international companies throughout her career, has worked as a Human Resources Manager at Cargill Tarım ve Gıda and Aksa Akrilik Kimya Sanayi Şirketi.

She continued her career as Human Resources Director at Sakarya Elektrik Dağıtım and Gemlik Gübre respectively. Contributing to the corporate transformation journeys of institutions by taking an active role in many organizational development and transformation projects, such as sustainability, human resources, and digital transformation, she holds the Adler ICA Coaching certificate. She has been working as the Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at Aras Kargo since November 2019.
