Aras Kargo Success Stories

I started to work as a Customer Representative in the Aras Kargo family, which I joined in 2016 after fulfilling my military service, in Trakya Corporate Branch, which has made turnover records throughout Turkey. Despite the intensive workload in our branch, I stepped into a managerial position at the age of 22 as a deputy manager at the end of my 1st year thanks to my selfless work and the support of our branch manager and operations manager.

As one of the youngest managers of our regional directorate, I have adopted a result-oriented working approach in every business issue I have taken responsibility for and followed. I also found the opportunity to work in our different branches in accordance with the requirements of our business processes and needs, and I started working in our Ispartakule branch at the start of the pandemic. After working at our Ispartakule branch for 1.5 years, I supported our Beykent branch. After this intensive working process, I was appointed as the Incirtepe Branch Manager as a result of the evaluations and interviews conducted by my managers and Human Resources. As of October 1, 2022, I am working as an Operations Executive at the same regional directorate.

During this process, which carried me to a managerial position step-by-step, I realized that every problem we face and every crisis we are exposed to are experiences and lessons that prepare us to move on to the next step. I have personally experienced the values that continuous learning, being patient and understanding, and empathizing add on the way to becoming a manager and afterward.

Working with the Aras Kargo family made me feel like migratory birds traveling to different points, from time to time, but the best part was that although the regions and branches were different, the warm family environment, the presence of friendly, honest, and hardworking people were always the same.
