Kenan Cebeci graduated from the Department of Computer Engineering at Karadeniz Technical University, in 2008 and completed his master's degree in Computer Engineering at Marmara University.

In 2008, Kenan Cebeci started his career by participating in the development of technology solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. After developing his career in teams developing fintech software in two different banks in the financial sector, he left the financial sector in 2017 and joined the logistics sector, where he continued his work as a Software Development Manager until 2021. In 2021, Kenan Cebeci joined Aras Kargo as Software Development Director, where he was responsible for both the transformation of Aras Kargo into a technology company and the production of technology solutions for the Austrian Post.

As of November 2022, he continues his position as Deputy General Manager of Information Technologies at Aras Kargo.
