Shipping Insurance (Transport Assurance)

To benefit from our Shipping Insurance service, simply notify our courier or customer representative and declare the contents of your shipment during the handover process. This service allows you to transport your goods under additional protection, ensuring a more controlled and secure delivery process.

*Shipments that must be transported with a "Letter of Indemnity" (Responsibility Statement) after declaring the contents are excluded from the standard insurance coverage.

Shipments Subject to Special Conditions

The following items can be transported under specific conditions and requirements:

Regulated Items: Items that fall under the scope of postal shipments and whose transportation is subject to specific legislation of public institutions can be transported provided these conditions are met.

Valuables: Subject to relevant legislation; banknotes, coins, bearer negotiable instruments, gold, platinum, silver bullion, precious stones, and jewelry may be accepted provided they are sent with a declaration of value and are fully insured.

Tobacco Products: Real or legal persons holding "Production Compliance" or "Wholesale" certificates from the relevant regulatory authorities may ship tobacco products to other wholesalers or retailers, provided the required documentation is presented.

Institutional Tobacco Shipments: Tobacco products sent by or to public institutions, as well as shipments to analysis laboratories, may be transported in sacks, provided they are manually coded, barcoded, securely packaged, and monitored by the transfer center.

Fragile Goods: Stained glass, glass products, mirrors, marble items, porcelain, ceramics, glue, dry cheese, auto glass, and all types of food products can be transported in appropriate crates or boxes and only upon signing a Letter of Indemnity.

Appliances and Electronics: White goods and electronic products not in their original packaging, air conditioners, musical instruments, and full toners are transported with a Letter of Indemnity. Unpackaged shipment of these items is prohibited. Ovens not in original packaging are uninsured; those in original packaging are insured (excluding glass components).

Animal Feed: Shipments containing animal feed are transported uninsured and with a Letter of Indemnity.

Household Goods: Boxed or crated household items are transported with a Letter of Indemnity, provided they meet shipping standards. (These are accepted only for branch-to-branch delivery with non-discounted invoicing.)

Liquid Shipments: Liquids belonging to corporate customers with contractually defined packaging standards can be transported only with the written approval of the Transfer Center Manager.

Small Goods: Commodities of 1 decimeter (desi) or less and small electronics are transported under the manifesto scope.

Used/Repair Mobile Phones: Used or repair-intent mobile phones are accepted in open packaging by recording the IMEI number and issuing an uninsured Letter of Indemnity.

Cold Chain & Medical: Medicines and medical products requiring cold chain; provided they are protected for a maximum of 3 days with approved dry ice, labeled "MEDICINE," and transported in cages at transfer centers, they can be carried with an uninsured Letter of Indemnity. Daily delivery by destination units is essential.

Auto Parts and Machinery: Single-piece auto parts not exceeding 100 kg (bodywork, headlights, mirrors, hoods, bumpers, axles, etc.), medical supplies, drained batteries, hydraulic pumps, and gearboxes can be transported with an uninsured Letter of Indemnity if crated or caged. Radiators and bearings require a Letter of Indemnity if not in original packaging. Motorcycles must be transported in special crates or cages.

Hardware and Metals: Metal materials such as screws, chains, barbed wire, and nails can be transported in sturdy crates or plastic containers (not exceeding 25 kg) with a Letter of Indemnity.

Home Furnishings: Rolled home furnishings (curtains, carpets, fabrics, printed documents, etc.) can be transported in liquid-proof and dust-proof protective packaging with a Letter of Indemnity.

Dry Goods & Textiles: Up to 50 kg/desi of dry food and textile products can be transported in sacks, provided they are manually coded, barcoded, and monitored by the transfer cente
