Ramazan Altınay obtained a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Yıldız Technical University and completed the Leadership Development Programme at Sabancı University.

Mr Altınay has worked for 10 years in various positions at n11.com, one of Turkey's leading e-commerce platforms, and most recently as Assistant General Manager of Operations. Among the earlier positions he worked in comes Transport and Operations Manager at Havi Logistics and TNT Express.

He is the Head of International Affairs, Business Development, and Strategy at Aras Kargo since March 2023. Ramazan Altınay is in charge of conducting industry and market research in the international field, identifying new business opportunities and projects, developing sustainable customer relationships, and managing process improvement initiatives.
