Northern Cyprus Shipping Services
We offer fast and easy shipping solutions to your customers in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). With Aras Kargo, you can deliver your shipments securely across the border.
Shipments to the TRNC are categorized into two types:
Ticari Olmayan (Numune) Gönderiler
For your sample shipments as a commercial entity, simply provide a proforma invoice prepared by our branch or by your company along with the cargo. Additionally, customs documents must be sent to the designated email address, including the tracking number.
Weight and quantity limits per proforma invoice must not be exceeded.
The invoice value must remain within the specified limits.
Restricted items or those requiring special permits are excluded from this service.
Commercial (Micro-Export) Shipments
For commercial shipments under the Micro-Export scope, an "Export Invoice" (Tax-Exempt) must be issued and submitted to the branch during dispatch. E-archive invoices are mandatory for e-invoice taxpayers.
Invoices must be officially issued with Export Status.
Relevant customs and export registration processes must be completed.
The invoice must include GTIP/HS Codes, weight details, and the Delivery Term (Incoterms).
Customs documents and the information form must be forwarded to the designated email address.
Important Information
All shipments to the TRNC are subject to customs inspection. If a shipment is held for customs clearance following the assessment, delivery will be completed once the recipient authorizes Aras Kargo and settles any applicable taxes or duties.
