• Use websites that are reliable and have a security certificate for your purchases made over the internet,
• Do not share your passwords with anyone,
• If you have sent a shipment or you are the recipient of a shipment, avoid disclosing information such as cargo tracking number, delivery branch, recipient name, address, and phone number to third parties,
• Be wary of people who threaten you that legal action will be initiated against you by contacting you via SMS or by phone, claiming that you have not received the sent shipment and asking you to deposit money to the account number they have provided, or forcing you to purchase the shipment they will send,
• Be careful against fake calls and messages sent using the name and brand of Aras Kargo, and upon having suspicions, simply contact us through our call center or other communication channels,
• In case of phishing (attempts to steal your information by pretending to be a real social media page, website, or a real e-mail) immediately call the institution from which this e-mail appears to have come and get information about the subject without entering your personal information into the web pages forwarded by these e-mails.
