We prioritize “diversity - inclusion” and “gender balance”. We carry out studies on the United Nations Women's Empowerment Principles and our international commitments as a signatory of the Global Compact under the subject of “Sustainability” in our Human Resources policies. We do not tolerate discrimination and prejudices specific to gender or any other differences, and we provide employee awareness in this direction with regular trainings.
