Proudly continuing our sustainability journey as the first company in the sector to publish a sustainability report in Turkey, we are happy to share our second report with you.

Gender Equality
We prioritize "diversity - inclusion" and "gender balance." As a signatory to the United Nations Women's Empowerment Principles and the Global Compact, we carry out our efforts regarding our international commitments under the umbrella of "Sustainability." In our Human Resources policies, we show zero tolerance for gender discrimination or any prejudice based on differences, and we raise awareness through regular training sessions in this direction.
UN Global Compact Signatory
In pursuing our goals, we commit to conducting all our activities within the framework of the 10 Principles of the UN Global Compact (United Nations Global Compact), the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative of which we are a signatory, in order to develop all our work in line with global objectives.
With this awareness on our sustainability journey, we chart our route with the aim of building an equal, livable, and balanced world for everyone and future generations.
