Universal Postal Service Announcement

We continue to carry importance for you with our shipments exceeding 450 thousand per day, the technological infrastructure that we develop every day, and our services that make a difference.
Under the Postal Services Law No. 6475, which entered into force on May 23, 2013, and the regulations published on June 03, 2014, by the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs, and Communications to regulate the postal sector, the shipments between 0-30 kg or 0-300 dm3 were granted the status of "postal shipment" and they are obliged to be transported by certificate-holding companies. The certificate-holding companies in question must pay 2% of their net sales to the Universal Service Fund and 0.35% to the Information Technologies and Communication Authority by collecting the income to be obtained from the transportation of these shipments in a separate account.
Aras Kargo Yurt İçi Yurt Dışı Taşımacılık A.Ş. has received the “Postal Services Authorization Certificate” as of May 14, 2015, and has become obliged to pay the amounts written above as a “Service Provider”. The amount of 2.35% determined by the Postal Services Law and related regulations will be reflected in the transportation fees of your shipments starting from July 18, 2016.
