Our paths crossed when the application for a job I had made as a regional manager was selected, not with a reference-based system but with a selection method based on knowledge and experience out of about 10 candidates after intensive interviews, was accepted and I started to work in a corporate structure that was always a dream of mine.

I have had many unforgettable moments at Aras Kargo, but the one thing, in particular, I can never forget is that as an agency starting from scratch, my managers guided me in every issue, enlightened and supported me like a consultant when I stumbled.

What motivates me the most as an agent is that as a manager you always feel the support of your manager, to whom you are affiliated at every stage of the business, and another element is that you know that you have doors to knock on all over Turkey. This is an incredible pleasure and comfort to me; for example, when you go on vacation, just knock at one of our branches’ door. The doors will open to you immediately and you can have information like a 40-year citizen residing in that region.

Our sector, and especially our company, has managed to evolve despite difficult times, such as economic crises and pandemics, while most sectors have shrunk. Therefore, I would recommend this job to everyone who wants to work as an agent in this sector, which is seen as the profession of today and the future.
