As someone who has completed his 24th year at Aras Kargo, I have grown more and more connected to this company with each passing day. Aras Kargo is not only a company but is also one of the rare organizations providing a family-like environment with its employees. I have always considered myself a member of this family and I have sincerely done my job with love all these years.

I have worked in many positions in the company starting as a courier. I worked as a branch manager and operations manager. While working as an operations manager, I was doing my job with pleasure. I wanted to benefit from the agency system that I saw as an opportunity that was offered to me, and this is how my agency journey started. I would both do the job I loved and become a self-employed boss without leaving the Aras Kargo family.

I would like to give a piece of advice to those who want to become an agent. A significant part of our job is stress management, so there will certainly be ups and downs, but the important thing is to do your job with love. Through difficult times, it is necessary to find the source of the problem and take on a solution-oriented approach by taking quick action. The most significant asset of our business is our employees. As an employer, it is very important to be able to create a family environment with our colleagues. We should not forget that the more friendly and happy the staff comes to work and fulfills their duties, the more satisfied you will be as a business owner.
