Aras Kargo Success Stories

I have become acquainted with the parcel delivery sector after graduating from Trakya University Public Relations department in 2004. During this process, I worked in different departments such as customer relations, sales, and finance, and then joined the Aras Kargo family in July 2020. After attending orientation training at individual branches, I had the opportunity to work with valuable managers at Ikitelli Corporate Branch and then at Trakya Corporate Branch. In March 2021, I took over the position of “Branch Manager” at Ataköy Branch with a temporary assignment and was promoted to the position of Ataköy Branch Manager at the end of the 7th month.

During the 1,5 years I spent at Aras Kargo, I adopted simple and direct communication with all my teammates. I have participated and continue to participate directly in business processes as part of the team in all the branches I have worked in. I find organizations, which reduce our work stress and benefit the team to get to know each other better, valuable. We spend more time with our colleagues than with our family. For this reason, we can create a pleasant working environment by making the time we spend together of better quality and get more effective results with a motivated team.

Now the sector we operate in has its share of rapidly developing technological innovations and it has become an inevitable necessity to keep up. We are excited about following and implementing the actions of our company in the face of this requirement. I am very proud to take a position in this large and dynamic family, where I gain new experiences every day and work with dedication.
