To benefit from our Transport Insurance additional service, simply submit your request and the content of the delivery while delivering your shipment to our courier or customer representative.

Deliveries transported under special conditions are as follows.

• From the items covered by the postal shipment, the substances, the transportation of which is conditional within the scope of the relevant legislation of public institutions and organizations, can only be transported provided that they meet these conditions.
• Without prejudice to the provisions of the relevant legislation; banknotes, coins, all kinds of securities that the holder can benefit from, gold, platinum, and silver bullion and precious stones, or precious items made of them, such as jewelry, can be accepted, provided that they are valuated and insured.
• The companies that have received the “Production Permit Conformity Certificate” from the Tobacco and Alcohol Market Regulatory Authority and the natural persons and legal entities that have received the “Wholesale Sales Certificate” may send tobacco products by shipment to another wholesaler or retail seller on the condition of presenting the documents obtained from the “Tobacco and Alcohol Market Regulatory Authority”.
• Such companies can send tobacco products to public institutions or laboratories, which analyze tobacco products to be sent to public institutions. (They can be transported in sacks, provided that their barcode plates are manually coded and attached to them, and the sacks are in good condition. The follow-up on this issue is made by the transfer center.)
• Glass, be it stained or regular glass, glassware, mirrors, marble-made items, porcelain, ceramics, glue, cheese without liquid, auto glass, and all kinds of food products can be transported in the safe and crate by obtaining a certificate of responsibility.
• Electrical, white and electronic appliances, air conditioning, musical instruments, and full toner that are not in the original packaging will be transported by obtaining a certificate of responsibility. It is forbidden to ship such products without packaging. If the oven is not in its original packaging, it must be uninsured, and if it is in its original packaging, it can be transported insured, except for its glazing parts.
• Deliveries containing animal feed can be transported with an uninsured certificate of responsibility.
• Other household goods packed and placed in a crate can be transported by obtaining a certificate of responsibility, provided that they comply with all delivery standards (These deliveries can be transported provided that is paid by the sender, an invoice is issued without a discount and they are brought to and taken from the branch.).
• Liquid deliveries of corporate customers whose packages are of certain standards will be transported under the conditions specified in the contract with the written approval of the Transfer Center Manager (They can only be transported after the determination of a certain packaging standard in their contract.).
• All commodities, small electronic goods, and products of a similar nature, which are 1 Deci- and below, can be transported with delivery manifests.
• Mobile phones that have been used or shipped to be repaired are taken for delivery by taking their IMEI number in an open package and taking the uninsured certificate of responsibility. They can be transported by recording these details in the system.
• The medicines and medical products covered by the cold chain (deliveries protected with dry ice approved by the Head Office for 3 days, with a MEDICINE STICKER on them will be transported in a cage provided that their daily delivery can be made by the transfer centers) can be transported with an uninsured liability certificate,
• Auto spare parts, vehicle body, car lamp, rearview mirror, auto glass, hood, bumper, axle, steering shaft, medical supplies, battery without liquid, hydraulic pump, transmission, and its parts placed in a crate or cage and strapped as a single piece, not exceeding 100 kg, can be transported with uninsured certificate of responsiblity. If the radiator and bearing are not in their original packaging, they can be transported with a certificate of responsibility. The motorcycle should be transported with a special crate, or cage, in other cases it should be transported with a certificate of responsibility.
• Metal materials such as screws, chains, barbed wire, nuts, and nails can be transported in sturdy crates and plastic containers with a responsibility certificate in packages weighing less than 25 kg and allowing coding.
• Rolled household furnishings; curtains, carpets, fabric, printed documents, etc. products can be transported in protective strapped liquid- and dust-proof packaging by obtaining a certificate of responsibility.
• Deliveries of dry food, textile products, etc. weighing up to 50 kg/Deci- (provided that their barcode plates are manually coded and attached to them, and the sacks are in good condition.) can be transported in sacks. The follow-up on this issue is made by the transfer center.)
