Accordingly, our Company adopts all technical and administrative measures in order to ensure the security of your data and thereby ensures high standards of protection for your personal data.

Within this scope, this Privacy Notice on Commercial Electronic Communication Activities for Tradesmen/Craftsman (the “Privacy Notice”) is intended to provide the tradesmen, the craftsman, the employees/authorities of corporate customers, self-employed couriers with clarifications, in our capacity as the data controller, to your party on the categories of personal data which are processed, the methods of and legal bases for the collection of your personal data, the purpose(s) for transfer and the recipient(s) of your personal data, and the exercise of your rights under article 11 of the LPPD, pursuant to article 10 of the Law No. 5598 on the Protection of Personal Data (“LPPD”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed for the fulfilment of the Obligation to Inform, in relation to commercial electronic communication activities.

We would like to remind you that it is not mandatory to obtain prior approval for commercial electronic messages sent to the electronic communication addresses of the tradesmen/craftsman pursuant to Article 6 of the Regulation onnCommercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages. However, such recipients shall always stop receiving commercial electronic messages by using the right of refusal in the commercial electronic messages sent by Aras Kargo. In this case, commercial electronic messages will not be sent without re-obtaining the consent of such recipients.
