LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data are processed by Aras Kargo on the basis of the legal grounds of:
  • the processing of personal data pertaining to the contracting parties being required, provided that the processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract;
  • data processing being required for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided not to impair the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject
as stipulated in article 5 of the LPPD and the applicable legislation, for the fulfillment of the aforelisted purposes.

METHODS OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The aforementioned personal data are collected through portals (Kariyer.Net, Linkedin, Eleman.net etc.), Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) and private employment offices, job vacancy advertisements in the press (newspapers, magazines etc.), résumés sent by the candidates, printed job application forms, and the résumés submitted through the company employees.
