Personal data pertaining to the Shippers are transferred to:

(i)our business partners, shareholders, recipients, relatives of recipients and receivers, as limited to the aforementioned purposes; and
(ii)authorized persons and official authorities pursuant to the legal regulations and legislation, in order to fulfill our statutory obligations.
